We provide a unique solution to companies who
are not SAICA accredited training offices to offer their employees who are
working to become CA(SA)'s or AGA's the opportunity to obtain their SAICA
training through partnering with us.
Calyx Training Solutions provides a unique
solution to financial employees looking to do their SAICA training at companies
that are not SAICA accredited.
From interactions with our clients and
their financial staff, we noticed that there was no opportunity for people that
are already established in a financial role at a company to do their SAICA
training unless the company was SAICA accredited. As it is not always possible for a company to
become SAICA accredited (or they choose not to as it is not their core
business), many of these employees either leave their established positions to
pursue articles elsewhere or they remain in a secure, well-paying job and give
up on their CA(SA) journey.
Having seen the need to bridge this gap, Calyx Training Solutions was born. By partnering with these companies, we offer SAICA’s Training Programme to individuals working in financial roles and support their employees to get their SAICA training and eventually qualify as CAs or AGAs. Other services we offer include: Finance Staff Training (Customized Bookkeeping and Accountant Training) & Accounting & Finance Recruitment.
